Michelle and Daniel’s Wedding, a summer 2011 wedding on the grounds of the lovely Biltmore Estate in Asheville, was an absolutely beautiful and memorable wedding for us at Flower Gallery of Asheville. The wedding ceremony was exquisite and a lavish reception soon followed at Biltmore Estate’s majestic Lioncrest at Deerpark. We are so grateful that they chose Flower Gallery as the wedding florist for their special day.
We hope that you enjoy reading about Michelle and Daniel’s wedding and looking at the beautiful floral arrangements, bouquets and boutonnieres featured. The fresh color palate created a soft and romantic look for this Biltmore Wedding and local photographer Regina Holder captured the Bride and Grooms’ special day so well. We are so lucky to be in an industry with such fabulous and creative vendors who care about their Brides and Grooms as much as we do!

Asheville’s premiere wedding florist, Flower Gallery loves making our Brides’ wedding dreams come true! Each wedding provides us with unique and exciting opportunities to explore new floral techniques and do what we do best: create beautiful and breathtaking floral designs. Our wedding last Saturday at Biltmore Estate’s Deerpark Restaurant was no exception.
The Bride and Groom envisioned a gorgeous outdoor wedding ceremony and the mild spring weather was a perfect setting. April showers held off long enough for the afternoon ceremony to take place in the fresh air courtyard at Biltmore Estate’s Deerpark Restaurant.
created a stunning hand-built cross made of birch wood that stood in the center of the wedding altar, adorned with fresh blooms of calla lilies, hydrangea blossoms, roses and orchids.
As a central focal point of the wedding, this cross was as beautiful as it was symbolic-and it allowed the Bride and Groom to have a religious and spiritual wedding ceremony without being married inside a church.
The wedding reception, held in Deerpark’s North wing, was filled with ivory linen covered tables topped with a variety of beautiful low and luscious centerpieces as well as tall and elegant centerpieces.
Blue and ivory flowers created a light and romantic atmosphere with scattered candles and ivory rose petals accenting the reception space.
With the success of this lovely spring Biltmore wedding, we at Flower Gallery are certain this will be the start of a fabulous and fresh wedding season with many blissful wedding memories still to come!
Looking back on some of our favorite Biltmore Estate Weddings from last summer, we at Flower Gallery came across a striking set of photos from a beautiful wedding that we wanted to share with you here. This Bride and Groom were married in an intimate ceremony at Biltmore Estate’s Champagne Cellar and held a lovely reception in The Biltmore Estate Stable Café Loft. The Bride and Groom traveled from Florida for this destination wedding, and throughout the entire wedding process, we at Flower Gallery were overjoyed to be the Wedding Florist of choice for this beautiful Biltmore Wedding.
The Bride and Groom welcomed their close family and friends for an intimate ceremony and reception in Asheville, and ensured that the trip to North Carolina was well worth the travel by accommodating tours of the Biltmore Home and Biltmore Estate Gardens for their guests. Special added details like this are a great way for a Bride and Groom to show their appreciation and love for those who have traveled to be a part of such a special day.
Seeing the love and joy between this Bride and Groom was a truly special occasion for us at Flower Gallery. Both the Bride and Groom were saying ‘I do’ for a second time, and the love radiating from this couple was inspiring. This was a lesson for us all that true happiness does come to those who wait. This Bride and Groom’s love for one another and love for their family and close friends was so nice to experience.
We at Flower Gallery would like to take this as an opportunity to thank all of our lovely and caring Brides and Grooms for letting us be a part of their special wedding day, you are each a blessing and inspiration to us in so many ways!
The loving Groom
